Clients on monthly subscriptions have unlimited technical support while their subscription is active.
Clients who purchase Timesite have Unlimited technical support via telephone, web and email for 12 months after their purchase. Product enhancements, new version upgrades and technical maintenance are included. Our technical support, maintenance and upgrade package can be extended beyond the first year by annual subscription.
