Clients can be provided with access to the web interface where they can review bills and work performed against selected projects or matters.

Security: - Different login permission levels enable you to limit what users, clients and managers can see and change.

Customized permissions for each user: - Varying levels of access can be defined, and a single user can have different permissions on different projects via a single login.

User management: - Timesite user accounts can be linked to Windows user accounts and you can use your Windows username and password to login to Timesite.

Smart billing rate structure: - Create any number of billing rates per client, per staff member and / or per project, matter, job or task.

Efficient expense tracking: - Create any number of expense items. Determine pre-set cost and billing rates for any expense such as photocopying, travel etc.

Timer function - Just click on the timer at the start of any task and click stop at the end. Automatically tracks the time you have spent and enters it for you.

Subcontractor billing - Subcontractors can enter their time on each project via the web browser, making time tracking, time billing and project management a breeze.

Project/matter/job/task budget management: - Some projects/matters/Jobs or Tasks have pre-agreed budgets. Timesite can be modified to alert you when the actual dollar or time amount is within a certain % of budget.

Web based time sheet approval: - Timesheets can be submitted by staff and approved by their manager. This process is optional and can be used to help streamline the billing process.

Transparency of billing: - Save hours on billing reconciliations as clients can query and drill down per invoice via secure web access.

Scheduler: - Reports and alerts can be sent via the scheduler service.

Multiple invoicing methods. Send invoices to clients via fax, email (via PDF) or print-and-mail.

Verified time & expenses entry. Staff may only charge time to active project activities (those that have not been completed) and can not modify entries that have been flagged for invoicing.
