Pricing - Full version

General

We provide a tracking and billing system for time and expenses, created for professionals who are short of time and need better time management.


Initial Purchase

If you have more than 3 staff who need to enter time and expense data you must purchase Timesite.

Pricing is based on users and modules.
User licenses are purchased in blocks of 5.


  • Timesite Basic application $750 per 5 users.
  • Helpdesk add on module $250 per 5 users.
  • Quoting and Order Management add on module $350 per user (User licenses can be purchased individually for this module).

Each user who is required to enter time or expenses requires a Timesite Basic Application user license.

Clients and internal staff who do not enter time and expenses do not require a Timesite Basic Application user license.


Extra licenses

Extra licenses can be purchased at any time as per the pricing above.

Additional licenses purchased within 3 months of your support and software upgrade assurance expiry date will not be added to your total license count.


Support and upgrades

If you purchase Timesite's timesheet solution you will receive unlimited phone support and upgrades for 1 year.

To extend your support and software upgrade assurance the following fees apply to each license you own.

  • Timesite Base : $50 per year
  • Helpdesk : $20 per year
  • Quoting : $130 per year

You must extend your support before it expires. Once your software upgrade assurance expires you must purchase full licenses to obtain updates or the latest version.

We offer discounts for; not for profit organisations, companies looking for a workplace relations regulatory solution, Purchases by large corporates.

Pricing - Free version

Timesite is free if you have less than 4 users who bill time and expenses. The free version contains all modules and is fully featured with no restrictions. Please register to obtain your free software.

If you require phone support for the free version the following fees apply.

  • Phone support for the Free version: $300 per year.

Phone support can be purchased via the My Account menu option.

If your business grows and you need more than a 3 user license you will need to purchase Timesite as per above.
