Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as easy, enjoyable and beneficial as possible. It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple and expedient for you as possible.

If you would like product and pricing information, or would like to check on order status or require any assistance with an order you have placed, our Sales Team is available to assist you 8:30am-5:30 Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays) at 612 8259 0350. Alternatively, you may email us at any time at sales@timesite.com.au and a member of our sales team will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Prices

Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax, shipping charges and currency conversion fees.

Timesite reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Timesite website at any time.

Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars. Estimates displayed in other currencies are based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations and bank variances. Timesite cannot guarantee foreign currency rates, and advises customers to speak to their bank for exact conversion rates.

Should Timesite reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 (seven) calendar days of shipment, you may contact Timesite on 612 8259 0350 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Timesite within 14 business days of shipment.

Payment Methods
Credit Card Only

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, mail, fax or phone). Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped.

Timesite accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please note: some credit cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of your order. To enquire about your spending limit, please contact your credit provider or financial institution. Timesite cannot ship an order until payment has been approved by our bank.

Timesite must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 1 business day for order processing after Timesite receives your payment.

NOTE: Timesite will never ask for your credit card details by email. Please do not email us your credit card details under any circumstances.

Product Availability

Product delivery is via electronic download, license keys are delivered via email. License keys are sent immediately after your payment has been accepted and the funds cleared.

Please refer to the individual product and/or the EULA for that product for more information on warranty

Timesite End-User Licenses

Your use of Timesite products is on the terms of the End-User Licence in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable licence at the time that you install the software.

You may review examples of some of Timesite’s End-User Licences, including limitations and exclusions, before your purchase, by clicking on the appropriate link below.

Please be aware, however, that your purchase is subject to the particular licence that accompanies the software, and that you must agree to the terms and conditions of that licence when you install the software. That licence may differ from the licences you can review here. Be certain to read the applicable licence carefully before you install the software.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Timesite product, please call 612 8259 0350 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a credit and instructions regarding return or destruction of the product.

Please note that Timesite does not permit the return or refund of any fees relating to installation, configuration or customisation of our products.

Proof of Purchase

Timesite will send you a confirmation of your order via email.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased and delivered within Australia will attract 10% GST. International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that Timesite mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Shipping Options

Timesite delivers all products by electronic download and email only.

Shipping Details

The shipment date of your License key(s) is performed as soon as your payment has cleared. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of a credit card).

For non credit card orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Chargeback / Payment Reversal

When a charge back / payment reversal is received by Timesite for the purchase of a product or fee, Timesite will attempt to contact you by email or phone. Timesite will seek written authorisation from you for the charge and ongoing future charges, on the form we provide to you in the email. You will need to post or fax back the completed authorisation form to Timesite within 5 business days. Timesite will forward this completed form to the inquiring credit agencies as proof of your authorisation for the charges.

Should Timesite not receive the completed form in time, or should the charge back be completed by the bank, Timesite may cancel your purchase or license.

Other Terms and Conditions

Timesite is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Sale and Return at any time. Timesite will update this Sales and Returns Policy as its policy changes, so we advise you to keep checking back at this page for further updates. All sales from the Timesite website are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
