We only charge for users who actually record project time. So TimeSite is free for people who perform administrative duties e.g. setting-up and managing projects, customers or running management reports.
Our product pricing model
Customers only need to purchase licences for those users who enter Timesheet or Expense data.
Licences are sold in packs of 5 for both our Timesheet & Billing and Help Desk modules. Quoting and Ordering licences can be purchased individually. The purchase price of all products includes unlimited phone support and free upgrades for the first 12 months.
You can extend full support and free upgrades by paying an annual maintenance renewal fee after the first year.

To continue to benefit from TimeSite’s all inclusive support and upgrade plan, you must extend your support before it expires. If you allow your annual support to lapse you must purchase new licenses to obtain further updates & releases.
