We only charge for users who actually record project time. So TimeSite is free for people who perform administrative duties e.g. setting-up and managing projects, customers or running management reports.

Our product pricing model
Customers only need to purchase licences for those users who enter Timesheet or Expense data.
The minimun purchase is 5 Timesheet user licenses. User licenses can be purchased individually after the original purchase. Helpdesk licences can be purchased individually. The purchase price of lifetime licenses products includes unlimited phone support and free upgrades for the first 12 months. Monthly subscribed licensing comes with unlimited phone support and upgrades for the duration of the subscription.
You can extend full support and free upgrades for Lifetime licensed products by paying an annual maintenance renewal fee after the first year.

To continue to benefit from TimeSite’s all inclusive support and upgrade plan, you must extend your support before it expires. If you allow your annual support to lapse you must purchase new licenses to obtain further updates & releases.
